Welcome to the Annomate online calendar!
This web based calendar is simple to use, yet very powerful. Create a calendar holding your appointments, kids activities,
vacations, meetings, birthdays, anniversaries, and more.
The Annomate calendar is both accessible and sharable. Anywhere in the world where you have internet access and a browser
you can view your calendar. You can also share the calendar with other people such as your spouse, family members, friends,
co-workers, teammates, etc. This calendar is great for organizing family activities and making sure everyone is on the same
page.
In addition to the calendar, there are other supporting tools such as contacts, to-do's, web email,
and more.
Below is a list of features for our calendar.

Multiple calendar views.
There are four calendar views: day, week, month, and year. Each view is accessible from the other views and each has navigation
tools allowing for quick date changes. Your favorite, or most used view, can be specified in your preferences so that each time
you visit the calendar that view is displayed.

Calendar search tool for finding events.
If you are looking for an event in your calendar but don't know the date it was entered, simply enter the event name, or part of
it, in a search box and then submit the search. A list of all events matching the name will be displayed.

Assign categories to events.
There is a set of standard categories you can assign to each calendar event. Examples are: Appointment, Birthday, Doctor, School,
Vacation. You can assign multiple categories to each event. Also, if you have events that don't fit into one of the standard
categories, then you can create your own custom categories.

Color code events based on category.
You can assign colors to each event category. Events in the calendar will then be displayed this color according to their category.
This can make scanning the calendar for certain categories much easier. Plus it just looks cool.

Create recurring events.
Events that are repeated (recurring) are easily setup in the Annomate calendar. Whether the event is paying bills the 1st of every
month, or piano lessons every Monday, we supply the tools to create these events.

Send email reminders of upcoming events.
We can send you an email reminder when an event is about to occur. You specify the amount of time before the start of an event
when you would like the reminder to be sent. Also, you can specify multiple emails, with an reminder going to each address. For
example, one sent to Mom and one to Dad, reminding you of Billy's baseball game.
Create multiple calendars.
Annomate allows you to create groups. Examples of groups are "Family", "Work", "Bowling League", etc. Optionally, you can invite
people to join these groups. These people, who must either join Annomate under your membership or join on their own, have access
to the group calendar. You can choose not to invite anyone. Either way, each group has its own calendar. In addition, you can copy events
from one group (calendar) to another.

Syncronize calendar with your Outlook calendar.
Import your current Outlook calendar into Annomate. When changes are made to either calendar use our sync tool to update them
so they hold the same information.

Other organizational tools.
Other than the calendar an Annomate membership provides you with some other useful tools. These include tools for managing your
contacts, to-do's, file storage, web based email, a photo album, and more.
